Ambassador Milkov presented his credentials to the Secretary General of IOF
On June 1, 2021, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the French Republic Nikolay Milkov presented to the Secretary General of the International Organisation of the Francophonie (IOF) Louise Mushiquiabo the letters by which President Rumen Radev designated him as his representative for the Francophonie.
