In accordance with Article 44, paragraph 8 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is obliged to publish on its website and the web pages of diplomatic and consular representations no later than 18 days before an election the lists of Bulgarian citizens who have applied to vote abroad.
