Minister Vigenin sent a letter of condolences to his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman in regard to the violent deaths of three Israeli teens. It is unacceptable and inconceivable such irrational and inhumane acts to be justified and understood, regardless of the reasons behind them, the letter says.
