The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues active work on Bulgaria's accession to the OECD
"The accession of Bulgaria to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is the most serious integration effort of our country after our admission to the EU and NATO". The Government adopted today at its meeting a Draft Decree on the organization and coordination of the process of talks and preparatory activities for the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

Russia declared Bulgarian diplomats and technical staff persona non grata
The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria in Moscow Atanas Krastin was invited to a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation today, where he was informed that four Bulgarian diplomats and ten technical staff from our diplomatic representations in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg, as well as from the Industry Centre of the Republic of Bulgaria in Moscow have been declared persona non grata. They should leave the country within 120 hours.
