The morning work session will start with a discussion on current developments of the situation in Libya and a future EU engagement and support for the efforts of the Special Envoy Bernardino Leon.

Minister Daniel Mitov will make a working visit to Brussels on 14-16 December to participate in the regular meetings of the Foreign Affairs Council and the General Affairs Council. On 14 December, Minister Mitov will participate in an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers, who will discuss the European Neighbourhood Policy, energy security and migration issues.
