Official visit of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin to Sofia
16 February 2015 Diplomatic CalendarMinister Daniel Mitov will meet on February 16 with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, who will pay an official visit to Sofia at the invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart. Current developments in Ukraine, including the situation of our compatriots there, the efforts of the international community to de-escalation of the conflict, the country's reforms and Bulgarian support for them will be some of the topics discussed by the two diplomats.
A ceremony of returning two icons to the Ukrainian side, which are of cultural value and illegally exported from Ukraine, will be held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of Minister of Culture Vezhdi Rashidov. During his visit Pavlo Klimkin will hold talks with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and the President of the National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva.
