Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan will visit Bulgaria at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel

On 30 January the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan will pay an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel. The programme of the visit includes a bilateral meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel and plenary talks between the two delegations. Topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda will be discussed.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel hosted a National Conference ‘Preventing and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings: good practices and sustainable solutions’. The opening was attended by the Minister of the Interior Kalin Stoyanov and the EU Anti-Trafficking Coordinator Diane Schmitt. The aim of the conference was to show that Bulgaria contributes significantly and decisively in the fight against Trafficking in Human Beings.
