The talks focused on Bulgaria-Georgia bilateral relations, cooperation within the regional formats, Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic perspective, transport and energy projects.

Position of the MFA on DPRK‘s intentions to launch an “earth observation satellite”
We are deeply concerned over DPRK’s intentions to launch an “earth observation satellite” by using ballistic missile technology. Such action would clearly violate UN Security Council resolutions 1718 (2006), 1874 (2009), 2087 (2013) and 2094 (2013) and all international agreements. Such unlawful act would constitute a threat to peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.

Montenegro's Euro-Atlantic integration, social cooperation dominate the talks of Minister Mitov and Minister Lukšić
Minister of Foreign Affairs Daniel Mitov reaffirmed Bulgaria's support for the Euro-Atlantic integration of Montenegro during a joint press conference with visiting Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Igor Lukšić.
