Ending the hostilities in Eastern Ukraine and improving the humanitarian situation is number one priority

Ministers urged all parties to fully implement the Minsk documents and expressed deep concern over the violation of the ceasefire and the reports of heavy weapons and troops crossing the Ukrainian-Russian border.
