On December 12, Nickolay Mladenov, together with Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt and Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, will be visiting Azerbaijan. In Baku, the three ministers will hold talks with the country’s President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and representatives of civil society.
