Bulgaria declares 10 Russian diplomats persona non grata
At the suggestion of the competent authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria, in coordination with the Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, Bulgaria today declared 10 Russian diplomats accredited in our country persona non grata, giving them a 72-hour period to leave the country.

Minister Genchovska received the Ambassador of the Czech Republic
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska received the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bulgaria Lukasz Kaucki. The two discussed issues of bilateral relations, current co-operation within the EU, as well as the upcoming meeting of the Working Group on Economic Co-operation between Bulgaria and the Czech Republic.

Deputy Minister Dimitrova and the British Ambassador to Bulgaria presented certificates to those who successfully completed a course on counteracting disinformation
Deputy Foreign Minister Irena Dimitrova and British Ambassador to Bulgaria Rob Dixon presented certificates for successfully completing the first anti-disinformation course organized by the British Government Communications Service in co-operation with the Diplomatic Institute for a total of 20 Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Défense of Bulgaria staff.

"The EU and NATO are united as never before" - this message was addressed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska to the Ambassadors of the European Union and NATO and the Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria during a working breakfast, at which a wide range of topics, including multilateral cooperation, the situation in Ukraine and current events in the Western Balkans were discussed.

Deputy Foreign Minister Velislava Petrova took part in a conference on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the Western Balkans and their path to European integration. The event was organized by the University of National and World Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and the Embassy of Japan in Sofia.
