Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria expresses its deep concern over the so-called presidential and parliamentary elections held on November 2 in Donetsk and Luhansk 'People's Republics'.
These so-called elections are contrary to the current Ukrainian legislation and the Minsk Protocol, and do not contribute to finding a lasting political solution to the Ukrainian crisis.
We urge the signatories of the Minsk agreements to strictly abide by their commitments while fully respecting the territorial integrity, sovereignty, independence and unity of Ukraine.
