On 27 March 2025, in Sofia, within the framework of the bilateral political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and the French Republic, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Ivan Kondov, held talks with Mr Vincent Guerend, Director of the European Union Directorate at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
The focus of the meeting was the excellent bilateral relations. Discussions covered bilateral issues, as well as current topics on the European and international agenda.
