On 18 March 2025, the Ambassador of the Republic of Zambia to Bulgaria, based in Paris, Her Excellency Ms. Judith Maria Adeodata Mwenga, presented copies of her letters of credence to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Maria Angelieva.
