Georg Georgiev Spoke with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan within the Framework of the Ninth International Conference in Support of Syria

On the sidelines of the Ninth International Conference in Support of Syria, held on March 17, 2025, in Brussels, Minister Georg Georgiev held a brief working meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Dr. Ayman al-Safadi.
During the meeting, which followed up on the telephone conversation held between the two ministers on January 28 of this year, satisfaction was expressed with the excellent state of bilateral relations and the active political dialogue at all levels between the two friendly countries. Some specific future steps to activate fruitful cooperation in individual areas of mutual interest were discussed. Special emphasis was placed on the preparations for the upcoming summit of the "Aqaba" Process with a focus on the Balkans, which will be combined with an official visit of His Majesty King Abdullah II to Bulgaria, to be held in Sofia on April 3-4, 2025.
