Deputy Minister Maria Angelieva Received Copies of the Credentials of the Ambassador of San Marino, H.E. Mr. Giovanni Luca Giotti

On March 17, 2025, the Ambassador of the Republic of San Marino to Bulgaria, based in San Marino, H.E. Mr. Giovanni Luca Giotti, presented copies of his credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs. Maria Angelieva.
During the conversation, a desire was expressed interest in boosting trade and economic cooperation, and the potential for increasing trade and more active interaction in the tourism sector was noted.
The view was shared that an important stimulus for deepening relations between the two countries within the EU and on a bilateral basis would be the conclusion of the Association Agreement between the EU and San Marino.
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the maintained dialogue within international organizations.
