The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is strongly condemning the dissemination of an anti-semitic cartoon against Mr Solomon Passy. Such actions are completely unacceptable and the perpetrators should be held accountable as provided by the law. The Ministry recalls that anti-semitism is an extremely acute manifestation of intolerance and hatred, which is contradicting both the interests and values of the Republic of Bulgaria and the historical traditions of the Bulgarian society, which is deservedly proud of saving the Bulgarian Jews during the Second World War.
