Bulgarian citizens abroad already have begun voting

Elections for President and Vice President of the Republic are already underway in New Zealand, where by 6pm local time 57 Bulgarian citizens had exercised their right to vote. In Australia by that time 15 people had voted, four in South Korea and 14 in Japan. By this time, polling stations in Kabul and Kandahar (Afghanistan), Dubai (UAE), Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russian Federation), Tbilisi (Georgia), Damascus (Syria) and Beijing (PRC) have opened. In all places, voting is proceeding in accordance with the law.
