Elections 2011 began with the opening of the first voting section in New Zealand

Elections for President and Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria started at 8pm local time tonight with the opening of polling stations in Auckland, New Zealand.
 
Bulgarian citizens there are the first to be able to exercise their right to vote in this year’s elections. Due to time differences, the election process abroad begins today and will end on October 24 at 5am with the closing of the polling station in Los Angeles.
