Minister Daniel Mitov met with the Ambassador of Moldova

“Bulgaria remains committed to the European integration of Moldova and we will continue to support it with experience and good practices," said Foreign Minister Mitov at today’s meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Moldova to Bulgaria Alexandru Prigorski, on the occasion of the upcoming completion of his mandate.
During the conversation Daniel Mitov and Alexandru Prigorski discussed the enhanced interaction between Bulgaria and Moldova in the last years, focusing on the intensive dialogue, the active bilateral contacts and the increasing levels of trade and economic relations.
“Moldova is a special country for Bulgaria and we praise the close friendly contacts between our two countries,” said Minister Mitov. He thanked Ambassador Prigorski for the significant contribution to the development and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
Ambassador Prigorski thanked Bulgaria and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the strong support during his mandate. As a sign of gratitude for the contribution to the deepening of Bulgaria - Moldova relations, Minister Mitov awarded Ambassador Prigorski with the honorary plaque of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.
