Suspicious package at the Bulgarian Embassy in Rome proved to be harmless

During a routine check today of the mail received at the Bulgarian Embassy in Rome, one of the packages when going through the scanner has given indication of metal present. The officials at the Embassy have immediately informed the Italian authorities. After opening the suspicious package by the specialists, it contained a photo frame with metal strip.
 
The employees at the Bulgarian Embassy in Italy continue to strictly follow all security measures.
