Incident involving Bulgarian citizen in Komotini

A Bulgarian citizen, Emil Iliev Marinov, was shot in a criminal incident at the Bipe Komotonis Helesi plastic waste containers production company in the Greek town of Komotini.
Greek authorities are investigating the incident.
Marinov was immediately admitted to hospital in Komotini, where he was given emergency medical care. The Bulgarian Consulate is in constant contact with the medical team, who confirmed that the general condition of the Bulgarian national is good.
