Inaugural meeting of the U.S.-Bulgaria Working Groups

The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the United States in Bulgaria are pleased to announce the inaugural meeting of the U.S.-Bulgaria Working Groups established during Secretary of State John Kerry’s January 15 visit to Bulgaria.
The bilateral Working Groups will engage in cooperative projects in the fields of security and defense; energy security and diversification; rule of law; and cultural and educational exchange to strengthen people to people ties.
We look forward to a fruitful and ongoing strategic dialogue which will deepen and broaden the U.S. Bulgaria partnership and friendship. We will report out accomplishments of the working group in the coming months.
