The border delimitation in the Black Sea between Bulgaria and Romania was discussed in the Foreign Ministry

09 December 2013 News

On  9 December 2013, a meeting between the Permanent Secretary Mr. Georgi Dimitrov and the Romanian State Secretary Mr. Bogdan Aurescu was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sofia in order to review the negotiation process on the border delimitation in the Black Sea between the two countries. The meeting is a result of the arrangements made in August this year between the two Ministers of Foreign Affairs regarding the conduct of an analysis of the current progress and the intensification of the bilateral talks on the topic. Both sides assessed the stage of the negotiations, held only at expert level so far, and discussed the opportunities, the prospects and the future schedule of meetings.
