Minister Kristian Vigenin sent a telegram of condolences to his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkēvičs on the occasion of tragic incident in the capital Riga on November 21, which killed dozens of people.
" Please convey my sincere condolences to the relatives of the killed Latvian citizens and wishes for a swift recovery to the injured," says the letter of the Bulgarian Foreign Minister.
