“Please accept our most sincere condolences for the tragic train accident near Santiago de Compostela which claimed the lives of so many of your compatriots, and our wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident. At this sad moment for the whole of Spain, we join in the pain and grief of the relatives of the victims. Please convey my deepest expression of sympathy and empathy for the pain of the families of the victims,”Minister Vigenin said in the letter.
