Minister of Foreign Affairs Velislava Petrova held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel, Gideon Sa’ar. Minister Sa’ar congratulated Velislava Petrova on assuming the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and wished her success in her highly responsible mission.
During the conversation, which took place at the initiative of the Israeli side, the two highlighted the strategic nature of relations between Bulgaria and Israel and outlined specific areas of mutual interest for expanding bilateral dialogue.
