Bulgarian consular office in Kyiv issued 100 000th visa

The Bulgarian consular office in Kyiv issued its 100 000th visa for 2013. The recipient, Ukrainian citizen Albina Kiforenko, is to come to the country as a tourist.
This year has seen an increase of 13.6 per cent in the number of visas issued to Ukrainian citizens in comparison with 2012. The overall increase since the entry into effect in 2008 of the agreement between the European Union and Ukraine on facilitation of the issuance of visas is 308 per cent.
