On 30 January the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan will pay an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel. The programme of the visit includes a bilateral meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel and plenary talks between the two delegations. Topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda will be discussed.
At 11.30 a.m. at the Foreign Ministry, Deputy Prime Minister Mariya Gabriel and Minister Hakan Fidan will make a joint statement to the media. Media representatives wishing to cover the event can accredit themselves until 04:00 p.m. on 29 January 2024 by email: [email protected], Strategic Communication and Public Diplomacy Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the day Minister Hakan Fidan will have meetings with representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as with the Grand Mufti.
