Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the team of the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre of Romania

On 27 April, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a working meeting between Director General for Political Affairs Maya Dobreva and the President of the Romanian Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre, Ovidiu Raețchi. He briefly presented the activities and objectives of the newly established Centre in 2021, under the leadership of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on resilience building issues. The Romanian side invites NATO and EU stakeholders as well as key partner countries to join the centre.
Participants agreed on the need for close cooperation to strengthen resilience to address the large set of current challenges, especially in the context of Russian military aggression against Ukraine and the resulting security challenges.
