Bulgaria’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation, Boyko Kotsev, presented his credentials to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, at a ceremony at the Kremlin today.
As a country which has rich historical links with Russia, Bulgaria is working with local authorities to improve equitable economic relations between the two countries, Ambassador Kotsev said. Interaction with Bulgaria is based on the traditions of friendship and mutual sympathy between peoples, Russian President Putin said at the ceremony.
