21 September 2011 NewsThis is said in a letter from Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Nickolay Mladenov to his Turkish counterpart after yesterday’s bombing in the Turkish capital Ankara.
“Allow me to express my deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences to the families of the innocent victims and to those injured in the terrible explosion on Tuesday in the capital of Turkey. Time has shown that peace and understanding among people cannot be achieved through violence,” Bulgaria’s Foreign Minister said in the letter.
