Advisory: Cote d’Ivoire closed its borders

The military authorities in Cote d’Ivoire have closed the air, land and sea borders in the country and have suspended the access of the international media. A number of flights to the country’s capital have been repealed.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises the Bulgarian citizens to refrain at this stage of visiting the African country.
Tensions in Ivory Coast arose after the disclosure of results of the presidential elections, which were won by the former Prime Minister Alasan Utara.
