Bulgaria provides humanitarian aid to victims of Nepal earthquake
Bulgaria will provide USD 40 000 in humanitarian aid to children and their families who suffered in the Nepal earthquake. This decision is an expression of Bulgaria's solidarity and commitment to the international efforts to overcome the consequences of one of the most devastating natural disasters in recent times and to the restoration of Nepal.

Minister Daniel Mitov welcomed today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Bulgaria, Jean Faltz. They discussed the cooperation between Bulgaria and Luxembourg in the light of the forthcoming Luxembourg Presidency of the EU in the second half of 2015.

On 25 April 2015 the Bulgarian Ambassador to Ankara was invited to a meeting at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in connection with the Decision of the National Assembly recognizing the mass extermination of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire in the period 1915-1922. The Turkish side put forward its views on the events, leading to the decision of the Bulgarian Parliament, as well as the manner and consequences of its adoption.
