From 2014 to 2020 - Minister Plenipotentiary at the Department of Trade and Economic Affairs at the Bulgarian Embassy in London.

From 2005 to 2009 - Minister Plenipotentiary, Head of the Consular office at the Bulgarian Embassy in London.

From 2001 to 2005 – Member of Parliament, National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. Deputy-Chair of the Committee for European Affairs. Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.

From 1994 to 2001 – Attorney-at Law, Sofia Bar Association; Senior Legal Advisor, Trade and Savings Bank Plc, Senior Legal Consultant to the Secretary-General at the Ministry of Industry.

Ms. Anguelieva holds a master’s degree in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law.

Ms. Anguelieva was born on January 15, 1969, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
