Minister Vigenin sent a letter of condolences to the family of Nikola Gyuzelev

16 May 2014 News

With a great sadness I learned of the death of Nikola Gyuzelev, one of the ambassadors of Bulgaria to the world, says the letter of condolences sent today by Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin to the relatives of the prominent opera singer.

"His incarnations as Boris Godunov in the eponymous opera by Mussorgsky, Philip in the opera "Don Carlos" by Verdi, Don Basilio in "The Barber of Seville" by Rossini, will never be forgotten since they are all presented in a unique and inimitable way, bringing him a worldwide recognition. Another remarkable feature of him is the desire to preserve the traditions and the development of the Bulgarian opera through the transfer of the knowledge of maestro Gyuzelev to young talents from Bulgaria and abroad, is written in the letter of Minister Vigenin.
