Deputy Foreign Minister met with Kristalina Georgieva

Today, Deputy Foreign Minister Todor Churov spoke with the Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response Mrs. Kristalina Georgieva.
The main topic of the conversation was the Syrian crisis and its humanitarian and migration consequences for the region and the EU, including Bulgaria. They discussed the measures that the international community and in particular Bulgaria take to deal with a possible wave of migration from the Middle East. The two stressed on the importance of the humanitarian aid, that the EU provides for dealing with the crisis.
