Georg Georgiev Assured the Foreign Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia in Sofia Today of Our Country's Readiness to Provide Additional Assistance in the Current Difficult Time

"The Bulgarian government remains ready to provide additional assistance to its friends and neighbours should they require it in this difficult time." The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georg Georgiev, assured his counterpart – the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia, Timcho Mutsunski, who was in Sofia today for a short visit, together with the Minister of Health, Dr. Arben Taravari, to personally acquaint himself with the condition of their fellow citizens admitted for treatment in our country, who were injured in the serious incident in the city of Kochani.
During their meetings in Sofia, the two representatives of the government in Skopje were also thoroughly briefed on the measures taken by the Bulgarian side so far.
Minister Taravari and Minister Mutsunski expressed the sincere gratitude of the government and people of the Republic of North Macedonia to Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and the government of the Republic of Bulgaria for the immediate reaction of solidarity and support provided by our country.
