Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostadin Kodzhabashev accepted copies of the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Bulgaria, Gazi Hamed Farhan Al Fadli. During the meeting, the two discussed the potential for the development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the conversation, Deputy Minister Kodzhabashev emphasized that Kuwait is one of Bulgaria's oldest partners in the Persian Gulf and noted the need to strengthen bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest such as economy, trade, culture and investments.
Ambassador Al Fadli expressed readiness for hard work during his mandate in Bulgaria, highlighting Kuwait's interest in deepening bilateral economic relations, as well as trade between the two countries.
