4350 Bulgarians voted abroad in the referendum

At 5am this morning Bulgarian time, the voting day ended at the last of the polling stations abroad, in Los Angeles. In all, a total of 361 people voted in the referendum in North and South America. The highest number of votes was in Toronto, 94.

In New York, 82 people voted, and in Washington DC, 50. The lowest turnout by Bulgarian citizens was in Buenos Aires, 19.

A total of 4350 Bulgarians voted abroad in the referendum. Voting day passed without incident at all 44 polling stations abroad. No complaints were registered.
