Festive concert at St. Martin’s Cathedral in Bratislava marks the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU

With a festive concert at the largest church in Bratislava, St. Martin’s Cathedral, Slovakia marked on 30 January the start of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU. The program featured works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert and Marin Goleminov performed by the Sofia Soloists ensemble. Yordanka Chobanova, Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Republic of Slovakia, made a speech about the Bulgarian Presidency. On January 31st, she also presented the key priorities of this country as the rotational President of the Council of the EU before the European Affairs Committee of the Slovakian Parliament.
