Voting has ended in Tokyo and Beijing, and begun in Washington

At 1pm Bulgarian time, voting ended in Japan and China. In Tokyo, 41 Bulgarian nationals voted, and in Beijing, 42. Voting at both sections proceeded peacefully.
All five polling stations within the consular district opened in Washington at 6pm local time (1pm Bulgarian time) with the election commissions at full complement.
