Polling stations in Asia, Australia, Middle East and the Balkans are open

The second round of elections for President and Vice President of the Republic is already taking place in Asia, Australia, Middle East, the Balkans, the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
By 7am Bulgarian time, 33 Bulgarian citizens had voted in Auckland, New Zealand.
By that hour, 11 Bulgarians in Australia had voted, nine in South Korea, 11 in Japan, 34 in Kabul and 19 in Kandahar (Afghanistan) and eight in Dubai.
At the same time, polling stations were open in Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russian Federation), Tbilisi (Georgia), Damascus (Syria), Beijing (PRC), Turkey, Greece and Romania.
In all these places, Election Day was proceeding in a calm atmosphere.
