Participation of Minister Vigenin in the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels
12 May 2014 Diplomatic CalendarMinister Kristian Vigenin will participate in the regular meeting of the Foreign AffairsCouncil, which will be held on 12 May in Brussels.
Main item on the agenda will be the situation in Ukraine with the participation of the Chairperson of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Didier Burkhalter, who will present to the EU ministers a review of the organization's activities in the country.
Foreign Ministers will exchange views on the ways the Union can contribute to the resumption and continuation of peace talks in the Middle East, as well as the EU policy towards the Arctic. During the meeting, the European Neighbourhood Policy will also be discussed.
