Kristian Vigenin meets Jean-Claude Mignon

He will participate in the 41st Annual Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, at the invitation of the current holder of the rotating presidency, Mihail Mikov, President of the National Assembly.
