Minister Georgiev to Participate in the 134th Session of the Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Council of Europe
13 May 2025 - 14 May 2025 Diplomatic CalendarThe Minister of Foreign Affairs, Georg Georgiev, will take part in the 134th Session of the Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Council of Europe, which will be held on 13 and 14 May 2025 in Luxembourg. The agenda includes a discussion of the initiative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Mr Alain Berset, for a New Democratic Pact for Europe. Ministers will also address current topics on the organisation’s agenda, including the implementation of the Reykjavik Declaration, support for Ukraine, and efforts to ensure accountability from Russia for its aggression, the resulting damage, and its violations of international law and human rights.
