Minister Nickolay Mladenov to participate in the European Council

The main task is to be the achievement of agreement on the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework. It is envisaged that time will be spent on discussions on other topics on the European Council agenda, trade and external relations, depending on developments in negotiations on the Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020.
