The Minister of Health's visit to the OECD Headquarters

On June 2025 Bulgaria underwent its accession review in the framework of the Health Committee of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which represents another key step in the country’s accession to the Organization.
The Bulgarian delegation to the OECD-Paris was led by the Minister of Health, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Silvi Kirilov, MD, who presented the national vision and Bulgaria’s progress in the health sector. In his statement he emphasised health policy priorities in the context of global challenges, as well as the main steps that have been undertaken and the planned strategic actions by 2030, in reference with key national documents and OECD standards and practices.
