Bulgarian citizen injured in Chelyabinsk has died
Bulgarian citizen Stoyan Prodanov died in hospital in Chelyabinsk early this morning. He had been injured on June 1 2013 in an accident during welding operations on the fuel tank of his freight truck.

Search for Zhivko Zhekov continues
According to the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, the rescue operation near the sunken oil rig Kolskaya is continuing today. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in constant contact with the family of Bulgarian citizen Zhivko Zhekov who was in the vicinity of the sunken platform, as are the Russian authorities.
