The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria expresses its indignation at the launch by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 4 July 2017 of a ballistic missile, which was declared by Pyongyang as inter-continental. That new serious violation of the United Nations Security Council resolutions further escalates tensions on the Korean Peninsula and undermines security not only in the region, but also at international level.
